A few weeks back we headed over to Oulton Park for Tunerfest and Round 4 of the Time Attack UK series. It’s the second time the Tunerfest show had been put on, and although not a huge show there was a pretty good turn out for a hot Saturday afternoon. There was a good variety of cars, from BMW to Mitsubishi and Subaru, but the biggest presence would have to be Ford with plenty of MK2 Focus ST’s and RS’s on-show.
On the other hand, we also had the Time Attack cars out on the track, ranging from your everyday hot hatches to out and out Time Attack monsters. To be fair even the hot hatches were mostly monsters with plenty throwing over 300BHP plus through there front wheels. Seeing the aero on some of these things is something else to behold, some of the front splitters and diffusers are huge. The downforce some of the cars must be producing will be insane, but to watch they are pure joy! So have a look at the gallery below, and drool over some of the impressive aero on display.
