The 2013 DTM Championship had Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz all fighting for the number one spot in one of the best Touring car championships around the world. Audi and Mercedes-Benz couldn’t let BMW win again after last years return and win season, BMW had to perform to show it was not a one hit wonder. This set up the championship for a killer year, Audi and BMW fighting for the top spot constantly but Mercedes-Benz not always having the best showing or luck. Things came down to Audi’s Mike Rockenfeller, and BMW’s Angusto Farfus after last years winner Bruno Spengler had a tough mid season. Audi Came out on top in Drivers and Teams championship with Rockenfeller and Audi Sport Team Phoenix, While BMW kept the Manufacturers crown for a second year running.
