With The drivers title already been decided with Petter Solberg taking the crown, this event was to be the show ground for the Teams Championship. Both Ford Olsbergs MSE and Volkswagen Marklund Motorsport been in a clear all out fight and Team Peugeot-Hansen with a outsiders chance.
At the end of the championships final event, the Supercar final podium ended up looking like this, 1st P Solberg, 2nd R Nitiss , and 3rd K Eriksson.
