F1 testing got under way today at the Jerez Circuit in Spain, for the first time the new V6 Turbo engines were heard firing up and circulating out on track. Mercedes, Red Bull, Toro Rosso and Caterham all unveiled there cars at the track today while Sauber and Ferrari unveiled there cars over the weekend.
Force India and Williams both had released renders of there up coming cars but today showed them in the flesh, the only cars not unveiled yet are the Marussia and the Lotus although they have shown a render back when McLaren unveiled there car.
Marussia are expected to arrived at Jerez this week after a set back stopped them making the first day. All the cars, except one, that were at the circuit did get out on track if only to do a few laps, McLaren were the only team not to get out but expect them out tomorrow.
