McLaren P1 GTR Design Concept
Here it is the design concept of the upcoming P1 GTR, and the price tag for such a car? £1.98 million, oh and you must own a road going P1 already. McLaren unveiled the P1 GTR design concept over the weekend, with a few facts about the track only car. The main head line except the price tag is the engine/hybrid system will develop an almighty 986BHP. As you can tell from just looking at the thing, the P1 GTR will be producing a lot more down force, pushing the P1 GTR’s new slick tyres into the ground for what McLaren are calling “the best driver’s car in the world on track.” Apart from that not much more was offered in the way of information, but then again just look at the thing!

McLaren 650S Sprint
Along with the P1 GTR, McLaren also unveiled another track only car, this time the 650S Sprint which is to replace the 12C Sprint. The 650S Sprint uses the same V8 Twin Turbo engine from the road car with the same amount of power, weight is down a little, with the bodywork been optimised for down force and cooling. The Sprint has not been homologated to race unlike the GT3 car, but does come with a roll cage, fire extinguisher, bucket seats, competition fuel tank, larger radiators, race-tuned suspension, air-jacks and 19-inch center-lock wheels which are either wrapped in slick or wet tyres.
