Silverstone Circuit owners the BRDC has signed a 999 year lease deal to MEPC for the development land around the Circuit for the sum of £32 Million. This is part of the “Master Plan” the BRDC has which we posted about here, the lease includes the existing Silverstone Industrial Estate and the development land around the outside of the circuit where Hotels, Business parks, and commercial areas will be built. The lease does not include Silverstone its self or the infield of the circuit, which the BRDC is looking to develop as well. The BRDC will be making an announcement soon on investors for more of there plans which include more circuits, grandstands, a museum, and more. We will post more when the announcement is made.
