Once again the Blancpain Endurance Series had a packed field, and started to pick up Manufacturer programs with the new M-Sport run Bentley campaign. The Endurance Series did its usual trip around Europe, going to the UK, France, Germany, Belgium, and Italy. The Highlight of the year was once again the Spa 24 Hours.
The other side of the Blancpain GT Series, the Blancpain Sprint Series is what was the FIA GT1 Championship and was until this year still recovering. This year the championship saw better grids and really came into its own with its 7 race calendar. The highlight of the year been the final race on the streets of Baku, Azerbaijan. 2015 looks set to be another good year for the Blancpain GT Series and for GT3 racing as plenty of new GT3 cars are been developed by multiple Manufacturers.
